The following steps will show you how to add a campaign ID to an SMS DID.

Requirements

  • SMS-enabled DID
  • Manager Portal access

  1. Go to Manager Portal > Inventory > SMS DID
  2. Select the SMS DID to update or click the Edit button
  3. Select the Campaign ID and make the needed changes
  4. Click on Save

Note: Provisioning may take a few minutes or up to 24 hours. You're requesting to add a campaign to an SMS DID, which is sent to The Campaign Registry (TCR) for 10DLC processing. Updates can take up to an hour or sometimes longer. If things aren’t working yet, it’s best to test again later or the next day. For assistance, you can reach out to ports@oit.co.
