Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners

This document will show you how to add a fax number to a user and explains the methods available and handling inbound options.

Requirements

  • White Label Access to Manager Portal

  • DID Treatment must be set to available

  • Max Fax Numbers on domain must not be set to disabled
NOTE: There is a known issue where fax accounts cannot be added when the Max Fax Number is set to 1. To add the account, set it to unlimited or 2, then change the limit back once done.

We currently do not support mass import for assigning fax number to a user. Please see Considerations with Native Fax for more information.
