Intended Audience: All End Users
The following steps will allow you to reset the user's password for portal access and reset the voicemail PIN.
Requirements
- Portal Access (Office Manager or Above) 
 - User Name/Extension 
 - User's Email Address
 
- Log in to the manager portal
 -  Click on the Users button on the top
 - Navigate to the user who needs a password reset and click on their name
 - Click on the Advanced tab
 - Verify the email address is correct and click Send Welcome Email
