OneBill: Quote to Customer Process

The following steps will show you how to turn your quoted lead into an active subscriber
Requirements:
- Access to OneBill
- Lead Created: https://voipdocs.io/ob-customers/onebill-create-a-lead/version/1?kb_language=en_US
- Quote Created: https://voipdocs.io/ob-customers/onebill-create-a-quote/version/1?kb_language=en_US
Convert Your Lead to a Subscriber
- Log in to OneBill
- Navigate to your Leads
- Click the Cog next to the Lead and Click Convert to Subscriber
The lead will be converted to a subscriber and a message will be displayed “Lead is updated to subscriber successfully” on the Leads screen.
Convert Quote Into an Order
- Navigate to Subscribers
- Click your subscriber's Account Number
- Click Quotes
- Select the Cog next to the Quote Click View
- Review the Quote and Click Place Order NOTE: DO NOT SELECT BILL THIS ORDER
