Resend Global Administrator Invitation Email

Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners, Netsapiens Providers, & members of the Orders department

This article outlines the process for adding an enterprise to TeamMate Connector. Each client is considered an enterprise.

Requirements

  • Access to TeamMate Reseller Provisioning Portal

  • Client's Global Admin Email address

  1. Log in to the TeamMate Reseller Provisioning Portal
  2. Navigate to Enterprises
  3. Click Add Enterprise
  4. Complete the following fields
    1. Enterprise Name: Name of the client
    2. Enterprise Admin Email ID: Client's global admin email address
    3. User Limit: Leave blank
    4. PBX Music On Hold: Yes
    5. SBC Region: Select US East 1 and US West
    6. Services: PBX
    7. PBX Type: Netsapiens
    8. Add New Extensions: No
    9. Allow External Numbers: Yes
  5. Click Submit
  6. The Global Administrator will immediately receive an invitation email to the TeamMate Enterprise Portal. They will need to set up Direct Routing before anything further can be done

Note: The Microsoft Office Global Administrator is the highest level of administrative credentials in Office 365 administration. It is required to initially register with the TMC and to install the PBX Application. It can be used for the entire setup process or this can be delegated to another User with Teams Service Admin and Skype for Business Admin rights. Specifically, Users with those delegated rights can set up Direct Routing and Manage Users.

Resend Global Administrator Invitation Email

If initial invitation email is not received for whatever reason, you can resend the invitation to the Global Administrator.

  1. Log into the TeamMate Reseller Provisioning Portal
  2. Navigate to Reseller > Enterprises and locate the enterprise you'd like to resend the invitation for.
  3. Click the 3 dots next to the enterprise and select  Resend Invitation Email.
