This article will show you how to remove mobile x subscribers and groups
Requirements
- Access to Mobile-X Panel
- Access to Salesforce
Remove Mobile-X Subscriber
- Log in to Mobile-X Panel
- Click on reseller
- Click on the Group you’re removing the subscriber from
- Click on the SubUID of the subscriber you’re removing
- One there, you will see three dots to the right of the subscriber's name, click it
- Click Terminate
- You will select the termination reason then press Save.
- Update notes in SF
Remove a Mobile-X Group:
- Log in to Mobile-X Panel
- Click on reseller
- Click on Group
- Click the three “…” across from the group name
- Click on Terminate
- Update notes if SF
