mFax - Removing/Moving a FaxBridge

Intended Audience: Client Success or Tier 1 Technician

The following document will guide you through have to remove/move a FaxBridge from a mFax account. If a FaxBridge is broken and deletion from the portal is required, Documo must be contacted to complete this task

 

Requirements

Access to mFax

 

 

Steps

  1. Log into mFax Platform
  2. Select FaxBridges
  3. Filter for the serial number/and select the cog icon
  4. Click on the cog icon on the far right of the FaxBridge. In the FaxBridge settings, change the Manager back to OITVOIP.
  5. Make sure to toggle the "Is Active" button off so there are no MRC charges while the device is not in use
