Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partners

This report is useful to the partner if they want to see what changes were made (add/delete/change) over a given period. Beyond auditing, this is an essential tool for WLP's to be able to track billable changes they need to pass on to their clients

Requirements

  • Reseller Access to Manager Portal Pro or Higher

Feature Count Report

  1. Log into the manager portal for your partner account
  2. On the top right, there will be a Management drop-down to click on and select PBX feature counts
  3. PBX Feature Counts will be displayed for the most recent days for your domain.  Using the calendar timeframe feature in the top right will give you control to change the date range to see when PBX numbers have changed.
  4. Choose the Details dropdown for the date in question, located on the left side, which will then display a full picture of what each domain had on a particular date
