This article will show you how to use the wake up call integration in the Manager Portal

 

Requirments

  • Access to the Manager Portal
 

This feature is a wake-up call or a reminder that can be received through your UC platform.

  1. Go to Integrations
  2. In the Integrations menu, select Wake Up Call 
  3. Choose the user who wants to receive the wake up call
  4. Once you select a user, new panels will appear. You will find Schedule Call and Upcoming Wake Up Calls Tables.
  5. Schedule the wake up call on your preferred time and date
    1. If you want to delete a scheduled wake up call, go to the Upcoming Wake Up Calls and hit the "x" button to delete.
  6. Hit Save. Then, your upcoming wake up calls will show under the next table.  You will see a notification below once the schedule is confirmed

Note: The responder should sound: "This is your scheduled wakeup call.  It is now 7:30 AM". 
Note: Wake up calls can be set via the phone for the current user or via API for any user.
