This area will show you how to configure an Obi302 to specify Account 1 to ring only Phone Port 1 and Account 2 to ring Phone Port 2.

Requirements

  • Admin Access to Obi

Sett PrimaryLine SP1 and SP2 by Port

  1. Log into the Obi302 locally or configure it via ObiTalk if it is managed by OIT.
  2. Go to Physical Interfaces > PHONE1 Port
  3. Uncheck Default checkbox for PrimaryLine and set it to SP1 for Port 1
  4. Do the same for PHONE2 Port and set it to SP2.

Set SP1 & 2 to Use a Specific Phone Port

  1. Go to Voice Services > SP1 Service
  2. Uncheck Default checkbox for x_InboundCallRoute and set it to ph for SP1. This will cause all inbound calls to SP1 to go to Port 1 only.
  3. Do the same for SP2 service and set the field to ph2.
