Add Username and Password to Profile

Scope

Intended Audience: White Label Partner & Above

Add Global one time username and password to the Grandstream GAP's server profile.

 

Requirements

  • Access to Grandstream GAP's account 
     
  • Global one time username and password provided by support.
 

 

Add Username and Password to Profile

  1. Log into your GAP's account here
  2. Select Profile Management from the left hand menu.
  3. Select the desired profile you want to update.
  4. In the options locate the Config HTTP/HTTPS User Name and Password fields and input the Global Username and Password accordingly.
  5. Click OK at the bottom of the screen.

Any new devices that auto provision will use the Global one time username and password to authenticate with the configuration server.
