Add Global one time username and password to the Grandstream GAP's server profile.
Requirements
- Access to Grandstream GAP's account
- Global one time username and password provided by support.
Add Username and Password to Profile
- Log into your GAP's account here
- Select Profile Management from the left hand menu.
- Select the desired profile you want to update.
- In the options locate the Config HTTP/HTTPS User Name and Password fields and input the Global Username and Password accordingly.
- Click OK at the bottom of the screen.
Any new devices that auto provision will use the Global one time username and password to authenticate with the configuration server.
