Scope: Requirements: Whitelisting the IP Address

Scope:

This document will explain how to whitelist the IP address on RPS to prevent it from being blocked due to Yealink's new service policy. To unblock and whitelist a blocked device, visit this doc: Unblocking a Device on RPS

 

Requirements:

  • Client Public IP address 
    (Find how to get it here: Checking Your Public IP Address)
  • Access to RPS
 

 

Whitelisting the IP Address

  1. Log in to https://dm.yealink.com/
    NOTE: You may be prompted to accept the new service policy. Please do so.
  2. On the left go to System Settings > IP Whitelist
  3. Select Add IP
  4. Enter the client's public IP address and click Save
  5. The IP address will be added with your user as the operator
