Only Cancel The Assisted Transfer Once

  1. While the assisted transfer is still in a Pending Transfer state, click on Cancel one time.
  2. You'll now see the original caller who was placed in a Hold state. Once you've verified the hold state is active, don't click on Cancel Transfer again. Click on the white X in the upper left-hand corner instead. Selecting the Cancel Transfer option here will drop the call.
  3. After you've selected the white X you'll be moved to this screen where you'll notice Return To Call on the upper left-hand side of your screen. Select this, and then press the Hold button to remove the original caller from hold and fully return to your conversation. You'll have all of your SNAPmobile Web options available again.
