Datagate: How to Add and Edit Customers

Scope
This article will show you how to add new customers and edit existing customers.
Requirements
- Access to Datagate 
 - ConnectWise Integration (optional)
 
Sync Customers with Connectwise
- Click on Customers in the main menu.

 - Click the cogs icon.
 - Click the CW symbol to start the sync.
 - Click Confirm 

 
Add Customers Manually
- Click on Customers in the main menu.
 - Click the + symbol.

 - Enter customer details into Add Customer window opened

 - Click the floppy disk symbol to save
 
Edit Existing Customer Information
- Click on Customers in the main menu.

 -  Click the Customer Code or Name Link 

 - Go to the Details Tab

 - Edit any information needed. 
 - Click the floppy disk symbol to save
