These release notes detail the changes made in CloudieConnect v3.X.X
v3.38.19
New Features
- Users can now park and retrieve calls directly from the Desk App.
- SMS and MMS messaging is now supported within the app.
- Team Contacts now show real-time availability and presence status.
- Users can now edit or delete messages in both group chats and 1:1 chats. Entire 1:1 conversations can also be deleted.
- The network indicator has been enhanced and live in-call statistics now show details such as jitter, packet loss, and latency.
- A Blind Transfer option is now available directly from Contacts during an active call.
- The app now supports configuring Caller Name alongside Caller ID.
Improvements
- OTP entry now supports pasting the full code at once, helping users sign in more quickly and with fewer input errors.
- Dialpad search results now show number type, such as mobile, work, or home, which helps users choose the right number more confidently.
- The app now keeps the selected theme preference across logout and login, so users do not need to reset it each time.
- DTMF behavior now defaults correctly during active calls, helping avoid issues when navigating IVRs or entering extensions.
- Session and authentication handling has been improved to reduce unnecessary logouts and support a smoother day-to-day experience.
- Chat compatibility across different app versions has been improved for a more consistent messaging experience.
Bug Fixes
- Copying and pasting a sent message now preserves the correct text instead of showing incorrect content.
- Cloud contacts now show the correct icon in Call Details, making contact information easier to understand at a glance.
- Audio performance has been improved to reduce audible disruptions when network jitter is high, helping maintain clearer calls.
