Intended Audience: All Users

This article outlines how to configure speech to text in an auto attendant, which allows users to speak their desired options rather than pressing one.

 

Requirements

  • Office Manager Access to Manager Portal or higher
 
  1. Log in to the Manager Portal
  2. Navigate to Auto Attendants
  3. Select the Auto Attendant to modify
  4. Click the Cog icon on the right
  5.  Select Speech Keywords
  6. Click on the desired option
  7. Enter a phrase or keyword for the option and click Add
  8. Continue adding keywords and phrases, clicking Add after each one. Repeat for all other options.
  9. Click Done
