Datagate: How Product Sync Works Between Autotask and Datagate

This document shows how Product Sync works between Autotask and Datagate
If you have configured the Product Sync from Autotask to Datagate, the following will happen on a regular basis. Customers and Sites will be Synchronized with Datagate - Autotask is the Master for changes. Datagate will look for additions or changes to Contracts that match the Contract Type and Contract Category specified in the Configuration

Note: Autotask has an array of Charges for each Service, and a date that Charge takes effect. Datagate will use today's charge.
