This article will teach you to leverage Calendly within Outlook.
Requirements
- Calendly account
- Outlook account
Setup Calendly Add-In for Outlook

For Desktop App Outlook
- Click on the More Icon.

Click Get Add-Ins.
- Select Calendly.
- A new subwindow will populate the right of the Outlook screen.

If Calendly is not an option/ no subwindow appears:
- Log into your Calendly account in a new tab.

Click on Integrations & Apps on the left menu.

Scroll down, the 7th icon should be Calendly for Outlook.
- A new window will open. Select Get It Now.
- Calendly should now be visible within the Outlook App Selector.

If Calendly is not an option/ no subwindow appears:

Click Get Add-Ins.
- Click on the More Icon.

For Browser-Based Outlook
- Click on the Apps Icon.
- Search for Calendly & select Calendly for Outlook.
- Follow the process to integrate.
- Search for Calendly & select Calendly for Outlook.
- Click on the Apps Icon.
Email Usecase
- (For Desktop App Outlook)
- Select New Mail.

Select More Options.

Select Calendly.
- You should now see the Calendly add-in on the right.
- You can now add predetermined times constructed within Calendly OR Create a One-off Meeting.
- For One-off Meeting, Click Create.
- Select One-off Meeting.
- Select Meeting Times based off of availability.
- You can change the meeting duration on the left.
- Click Next, once available times have been selected.
- A new window will populate. Select All Options.
- Select Web Conferencing Platform.

Select Share Meeting Link.

Select Copy Time.
- Paste the link within the email.
- For One-off Meeting, Click Create.

Select More Options.

For Browser-Based Outlook
- Select App Icon.
- Select Calendly for Outlook.
- You should now see the Calendly add-in on the right.

- For One-off Meeting, Click Create.
- Select One-off Meeting.
