The following steps will show you how to check if you are a USAC contributor for FUSF exemption.
- Go to the FCC Form 499 Filer Database website.
- Search for your company by name of Filer ID.
- Click Submit Search
- Select your company name from the search results.
- Search for the Yes or No under the Universal Service Fund Contributor section.
