Registering your USB Device

Scope

The following article will show you how to register a Yealink USB device to the YMCS console

 

Requirements

  • Yealink USB Device
  • Yealink USB Connect (http://support.yealink.com/faq/faqInfo?id=848)
  • YMCS Enterprise ID (Reach to your service provider for this information)
 

 

Registering your USB Device


  1. Once Yealink's USB Connect software is installed, go ahead and plug in your USB Device
  2. Once connected you should see the device in the application
  3. Go ahead and click on the gear icon towards the top right corner of the application
  4. Click on Config DM Server
  5. Enter your Enterprise ID
    • Reach out your service provider if you don't have this information
  6. Click on Connect to Platform
  7. The application will ask you to verify adding the device to the management server
  8. Click on OK
