Scope:

The following article will show you how to use and implement our new Speech To Text feature introduced in our v41 Feature Update

Requirements:

Login to the PBX portal (Office Manager or Above)

  • Login to the PBX portal.
  • Once logged in navigate over to the Auto Attendants tab.
  • When under the Auto Attendants tab, either create a new one or click on the Edit button to modify an existing one.
  • Once editing an Auto Attendant click on the gear icon.
  • Now Navigate to the Speech Keywords tab.
  • Here you will be able to select one of the dial pad options and add specific keywords used to direct callers to the right department.
