Intended Audience: White Label Partners and higher
This article will guide you through removing a user from a client's domain.
NOTE: Deleting a User is a Billable Change & can NOT BE UNDONE.
Requirements
- Reseller access to the Manager Portal, or higher
Access the Manager Portal.
- Log into the Manager Portal, and navigate to the Domain you wish to remove users from.
- Click on the User Tab.
- Select the box next to the User name.
Note: Multiple Users can be selected during this process. - Once all applicable users are selected, click Delete.
